Heavy Equipment and Maintenance Program, a Career Technical Education (CTE) initiative led by Morgan Nugent, partnering with local businesses like Hat Creek Construction to train students in operating and fixing heavy machinery, giving them hands-on skills for high-demand jobs in construction and mechanics, covering engines, transmissions, and safety like OSHA 10 training to prepare them for work or further education.
