Every day, about 34 people in the U.S. lose their lives to drunk-driving crashes — that’s one person every 42 minutes. In 2023 alone, 12,429 lives were lost, all of them preventable.
If you plan to drink, plan a safe ride home. Call a friend, use a ride service, or designate a sober driver. No drink is worth a life.
