On Saturday, Oct 18th, 82 Plumas County feral cats spayed and neutered by the A team of Veterinarians and technicians and a number of volunteers. 27 cats from Chester were trapped 2 mamas with newborns stayed home for a later fix. TNR works. (Trap, neuter, Release and we vaccinate)
