Annual FRC Rodeo is October 3rd & 4th at Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds!

Feather River College invites the community to attend the 2025 FRC Rodeo on October 3rd and 4th at the Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds. This is a free, family-friendly event that offers food and other fundraiser items for purchase, with all proceeds benefiting the Feather River College Rodeo program.

The rodeo itself will feature teams from the West Coast Region who will be bringing their rodeo athletes to the Plumas-Sierra County Fairgrounds to showcase their talents in our local arena. These student-athletes will be competing in Saddle Bronc Riding, Bareback Riding, Bull Riding, Tie-Down Roping, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Barrel Racing, Breakaway Roping, and Goat Tying. Plus, new this year is Mutton Busting!

Friday night is the “Tough Enough to Wear Pink” evening, which honors those affected by breast cancer and to help raise awareness. The daily rodeo program events kick off each morning at 8:00am, and again at 5:00pm in the evenings. The full list of events and program schedules is available on the website at 👉frc.edu/rodeo/frc-rodeo
