LUHSD is seeking a dedicated and committed Dean of Students to join our leadership team. As a key member of our administrative staff, the Dean of Students will support the Superintendent/Principal in fostering a positive school culture, enhancing student achievement, and ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for all students. Under the direction of the Superintendent/Principal, the Dean of Students supports the administration of the school, providing leadership in instructional programs, student services, and campus operations. This role assists in maintaining a safe and effective learning environment while fostering student success, staff development, and community engagement. The Dean of Students also serves as Assistant principal in the Assistant Principals temporary absence.
