Alison Lawrence, a 57-year-old Florida resident, was arrested following an incident at Orlando International Airport where she allegedly drowned her dog, Tywinn, in a bathroom. The incident occurred after Lawrence was informed she could not board a flight with the 9-year-old miniature schnauzer due to lacking the necessary paperwork. Surveillance footage captured her entering the airport with the dog. Later, an airport employee noticed her in the bathroom stall cleaning up water and food. Upon returning, the employee discovered the dog’s body and its accessories, including a collar, in a trash bag. The dog was identified through its chip and the contact information on the dog tag. Lawrence faces charges related to the incident.
