Join Us at the Lake Davis Fishing Derby – Supporting Plumas County SAR!
We’re excited to share that Plumas County Search and Rescue has once again been selected as the benefiting nonprofit for the upcoming Fishing Derby at Lake Davis, happening on June 14th, 2025!
This marks the fourth time the incredible derby organizers have chosen to support our all-volunteer team — a partnership that continues to grow stronger each year. Their generosity and community spirit help fund the training, equipment, and emergency response efforts that keep our county safe.
The event promises to be a fun-filled day for the whole family — whether you’re casting a line, cheering on competitors, or just soaking in the High Sierra summer experience.
Proceeds go directly to supporting local search and rescue operations across Plumas County.
