The Lake Almanor Elks Lodge along with Lodges across the United States, will proudly observe Flag Day continuing a deeply rooted tradition that the began in the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks in 1908. The Elks will be conducting a formal observance on June 14th at 10 a.m. at Truman Collins Softball Field located at 101 Meadowbrook Lane, Chester. After the service we will be serving free hot dogs, chips and a drink.
