Celebrate Small Business Saturday In Indian Valley On November 30

This November 30, the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce invites you to celebrate Small Business Saturday by supporting local businesses in Greenville, Crescent Mills and Taylorsville. With opportunities across the valley, you’ll find everything from unique gifts to delicious meals and even some festive fun to cap off the day!

Greenville
Begin your morning in Greenville with a stop at The Valley Grind, open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Treat yourself to a hot coffee or a specialty seasonal drink to fuel your day of local shopping.
Next, visit Riley’s Jerky, open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition to their signature jerky and ice cream, you’ll find great gift options like jerky variety packs and Riley’s merchandise.
Make time for Hunter Hardware, located at 156 Hot Springs Road, open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This local favorite has you covered for your tool, supply and practical gift ideas.
Don’t forget to stop by the Indian Valley Thrift Shop, open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. They’re hosting their popular $5 bag sale on all clothing (excluding coats and jeans), making it the perfect spot to snag a deal while supporting a great cause.
If you’re in town at lunchtime, grab a delicious bite from the Region Burger food truck, serving from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Crescent Mills
No holiday-shopping trip is complete without a visit to to Crescent Country Antiques and Gifts, open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Browse their deals on unique gifts and decor, and don’t miss Shelly’s shop inside Crescent Country, offering even more treasures.
If you’re looking for outdoor fun, Mt. Huff Golf Course will be open for a round of golf. After hitting the greens, stop by the clubhouse café for lunch and a slice of their signature pie, serving from 11 a.m to 3 p.m.

Taylorsville
Take the scenic route past Taylorsville and enjoy a meal at its fine-dining gem, The Genesee Store. Open on Saturday for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and dinner from 4 to 8 p.m., this charming restaurant offers an unforgettable culinary experience. Don’t forget to call (530) 280-0300 to reserve your table, and consider picking up a gift card—an ideal holiday treat for the food lovers on your Christmas list.
As the day winds down, head to downtown Taylorsville for the Grizzly Bite, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Enjoy pizza and burgers for lunch or dinner, grab a beer and stay for a special visit from Santa Claus after the 25th Annual Taylorsville Light Parade, which starts at 6 p.m.
Before (or after) the parade, stop by the Taylorsville Tavern, opening at 1 p.m. Order your favorite spirit and gather on the porch with friends and family for a fantastic view of the festive light parade as it passes by.
